Cleaning between bookings
We prepare the apartment for the next guests by cleaning the agreed areas and visually checking the home. Linen changes and laundry, restocking supplies, deep cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning can be arranged separately after the cost is confirmed.

What does short-term rental management include?
Depending on the agreement, we can manage listings, bookings, guest communication, and access coordination. Cleaning, linen, supplies, and on-site work are agreed separately.
What is the commission for short-term rental management?
The commission is 20% of gross booking value. Additional services and related expenses are confirmed separately and described in the cooperation terms.
Is cleaning between bookings included?
Turnover cleaning is charged separately: 600 lei for a one-room apartment, 800 lei for two rooms, and 1000 lei for three rooms. Laundry, supplies, deep cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning are discussed separately.
Can I work with you if I live outside Moldova?
Yes. Communication and agreed tasks can be coordinated remotely. We agree on communication, reporting, and each party’s responsibilities in advance.
Is a specific income or occupancy rate guaranteed?
We do not guarantee income or occupancy. Results depend on location, apartment condition, season, demand, and other factors. Estimates are indicative only.
Do you also manage long-term rentals?
Yes. We can discuss management for long-term rentals on commission, or the possibility of a lease with the company, depending on the property and agreed terms.
